Licensing
The Codex Process, being a universal framework, is universally applicable and requires licensing. Below are the general licensing details for each arc and the acceptable use case policy is linked below. Also a link to all policies and the Terms of Service can be found at the bottom of every page on the website. If you want the specifics for everything. However, generally speaking what you see here is what applies.
Arc I - The Foundation
The foundational papers that establish the six laws display their applicability and demonstrate their universality.
-
The initial groundwork and foundational papers for the Codex Process, which include preprint papers 1-5.
They cover the following:
Presents the Codex Process, a unified framework identifying fundamental laws—Relation, Cause, Effect, Feedback, Recursion, and Continuity—that govern all systemic phenomena across physical, biological, cognitive, and social domains, proposing a universal topology of understanding itself.
Extends the Codex Process framework to symbolic and meaning-based systems: religion, cult formation, and meme transmission.
Displays that hypocrisy is not a moral failure but a structural effect of systems operating across multiple layers, and that contradiction appears only when these layers are collapsed into one frame.
Shows that morality is not a code imposed by authority, but a structure that emerges wherever agents must sustain relations through time, and that paradox does not arise from logical failure but from the collapse of multiple recursion layers into a single frame.
-
The papers are as follows:
The Codex Process: Fundamental Laws of Systemic Reality, Paper 1
The Codex Process: Fundamental Laws of Symbolic Reality, Paper 2
The Codex Process: Hypocrisy as Dimensional Artifact, Paper 3
The Codex Process: Morality as Emergent Equilibrium, Paper 4
The Codex Process: Paradox as Dimensional Collapse, Paper 5

-
Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose.
Commercial Use: The work can be used to make money.
-
Provide Attribution: Provide the name of the creator, a copyright notice, a license notice, a disclaimer notice, and a link to the original material.
Indicate Changes: State if you modified the work and retain an indication of previous modifications.
Link to the License: Include a link to the CC BY 4.0 License itself.

-
For the original preprints? No.
I do, however, reserve the right to license the material under a different license at a later time if I substantially change the material. ie, add data graphs, extend the material, add new material, or, for instance, compile it and restructure it for a book.
The original preprints, though, will forever remain CC BY 4.0 International.
Arc II - The Inward Turn
The inward turn where the Codex Process meets itself.
-
The Inward Turn, which includes preprint papers 6-9.
The arc covers the following:
The self as a recursive, continuity-preserving structure within the Codex Process, and Identity as a stabilized pattern that arises through self-reference and feedback.
Distinguishes internal and external time with internal time as a structure generated when continuity stabilizes recursive self-change with memory, anticipation, and temporal flow as accumulated effect-traces across layered recursion, and temporal distortions as misalignment between recursive layers.
Identifies the minimal structural conditions required for the Codex Process, maps the constraints any substrate must satisfy to support distinction, persistent structure, and recursive reapplication. Then defines the threshold at which continuity becomes possible.
Shows that absolute nothingness is structurally unstable, that the smallest distinction generates relation, and relation initiates the full Codex cycle. Reality begins with the first viable configuration of continuity, not with absence.
-
The papers are as follows:
The Codex Process: The Recursive Self, Paper 6
The Codex Process: Time, Memory, & Recursive Continuum, Paper 7
The Codex Process: The Threshold of Continuity, Paper 8
The Codex Process: The Instability of Nothing, Paper 9

Yes, I explicitly allow translations as long as the translations follow the following rules:
This work may be translated into other languages for non-commercial educational and research purposes.
All translations must (1) provide proper attribution to the original author, (2) clearly identify the work as a translation, (3) include a link or citation to the original English version, and (4) maintain the same license terms.
Translations do not constitute endorsement by the original author.
This is the only derivation allowed, and it must strictly follow those rules.

Arc III - The Expansion
Where the Codex Process demonstrates its laws at the universal scale.
-
The Expansion, which includes preprint papers 10-14.
They cover the following:
External time as an irreversible ordering across a closed continuity. Causality is reframed as an ordering requirement, boundaries as limits of participation rather than edges of substance, and entropy as a descriptive measure within an already ordered system rather than the source of time’s arrow.
Space as a consequence of relation under enforced continuity. Geometry emerges as the stabilized form of persistent relations, with distance understood as coordination cost and curvature as the imprint of uneven constraint history.
Expansion is derived as the redistribution of relational accessibility. Large-scale separation, redshift, structure formation, and horizons are thus reframed as different expressions of one process: continuity-preserving coherence by reallocating accessibility across relational geometry.
Collapse as structural isolation rather than annihilation. Black holes and related extreme regimes appear as local expressions of this shift, while information loss is reframed as inaccessibility rather than ontological erasure.
Equilibrium as saturation rather than termination. Heat death is therefore interpreted not as annihilation, but as a limit configuration in which structural degrees of freedom have been exhausted.
